Shipping

We ship to the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Every piece is printed to order through Printful, our print-on-demand partner. We do not keep a warehouse of finished goods. Once you place an order, production typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, the parcel is handed to the carrier. Transit time depends on your address and the service used; you will receive tracking when the order ships.

Halloween delivery. If you need an order in hand before October 31, the last dates we recommend ordering are October 15–18. Orders placed after that window may still arrive in time, but we cannot promise Halloween delivery. Production and carrier delays are possible in late October; please order with that in mind.

Hold at location. If you will not be home, or if you prefer not to leave a parcel at the door, you may request hold-at-location with the carrier once tracking is available — USPS retail counter, UPS Access Point, or the equivalent for your shipment. We cannot place a hold on your behalf before the label is created. Watch for the tracking email, then arrange hold or pickup with the carrier directly.

Address accuracy. Print-on-demand orders ship to the address on the checkout. Please confirm it. We cannot redirect a parcel once production has begun.

Returns & exchanges

Wick & Whisker goods are printed to order. They are custom-made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect size, or a color that looked different on a screen.

We will replace an item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. Photograph the issue (including the print and the packaging if relevant) and write to us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement through our printer. Do not discard the item until we say so.

Sizing. Please read the size chart on each product page before you order. Apparel is printed on Gildan 18000 (The Arch) and Comfort Colors 1717 (Paper Moon). Those blanks fit like the blanks they are; we cannot take a worn or unwanted size back.

Personalization. Familiar bandanas with a name added cannot be changed after the order is placed. Check the spelling.

Cancellations. If you need to cancel, write immediately. Once the printer has started the job, the order cannot be stopped.
