Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Wick & Whisker ships to US addresses only.

When will my order ship?

Each piece is printed to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then the carrier takes it. You will get tracking when it leaves the printer. For Halloween delivery, order by October 15–18.

Can I return something if it does not fit, or if I change my mind?

No. These are custom print-on-demand goods. We replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. Photograph the problem and write to us within 14 days of delivery. Check the size chart before you order.

What is The Arch made of? What about Paper Moon?

The Arch is a Gildan 18000 crewneck. Paper Moon is a Comfort Colors 1717 tee, in Pepper or Ivory. Both are printed to order. Fit follows those blanks; use the size chart on the product page.

Can I put a name on the Familiar bandana?

Yes. Name personalization is $4. Spell it carefully; we cannot change a personalized bandana once the order is in. Supervise wear, as you would any collar or kerchief.

What is a Spooky Corner?

The Sill pillow cover and the Boo Basket Tote, sold together for $59. A small October corner for the apartment — or the start of a boo basket that does not look thrown together. Add both pieces to your cart from the catalog.
